RESPONSIBILITIES職責(zé)描述: 1. Sales Order: Check and enter new sales order based on disty and customer’s new PO. 訂單錄入:根據(jù)代理商和客戶訂單及時(shí)錄入系統(tǒng),并確保訂單信息正確。 2. Order Backlog: Support sales to check and improve factory shipping plan. 追貨:幫助銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)與工廠溝通并改善交期。 3. Payment: Collect payment from disty and customer. 及時(shí)追款。 4. Delivery: Provide shipping instruction to shipping department. 發(fā)貨:安排發(fā)貨事宜。 5. System: Maintain sales system. 定期維護(hù)銷售系統(tǒng)。 6. Report: Maintain CSR report. 定期維護(hù)CSR相關(guān)報(bào)表。 7. Sample: Support internal and external sample request. 支持內(nèi)外部樣品需求。 REQUIREMENTS任職要求: 1. Bachelor degree, majoring in English or business operation is preferred. 本科學(xué)歷,英語或商務(wù)相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。 2. More than 1~2 years CSR related experience. 1~2年以上客戶服務(wù)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。 3. Good English skills in written and oral. 良好的英語讀寫及口語能力。 4. Good computer skills: Excel, Word. 良好的計(jì)算機(jī)辦公技能。 5. Detail orientated and professional. 注重細(xì)節(jié)并保持專業(yè)素質(zhì)。 6. Able to work under owns initiative. 能夠獨(dú)立開展工作。
