Responsibilities
? Supports Front Office teams (Commercial Bankers and DOD) as needed to ensure timely and quality service on processing of CB and DOD products.
? Provides Back Office teams with all necessary input to ensure timely and quality service on processing of CB and DOD products.
? Keep an updated customer profile data base, answer client’s phone calls and make necessary actions to ensure that the complete and concise solutions/answers are provided on a timely basis.
? Deal with daily transactional works. Process the instructions received from clients including Payment, Loan & Depo, L/C, Guarantee, FX deals, etc. and coordinate with operations.
? Account Management, Radical/RLC maintenance.
? Client on Boarding (KYC) controller.
? Follow up required transactional documents and its related matters (i.e. fax agreement, exceptional approval…)
? Cross check and valid OPTIM contractual documentation.
? Department consolidation (bank statement reconciliation, fax indemnity etc.)
? Perform other tasks assigned by department head.
Qualifications
? Bachelor degree and above, with major in Finance related, Fresh graduate or within 1 year working experience.
? The personality of skilled for communication.
? Good command of English.
? Good personality: detailed, serious, team-working spirit.
? Relationship management and Commercial sense.
? Capacity to cooperate and ability to work across disciplines.
