工作職責(zé): Main Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the overall management of the company's system, organizing and implementing internal audits, management review and external third-party audit. Participate in the investigation of non-conformities, customer complaints, and corrective/preventive actions. 參與不符合項(xiàng),客戶投訴和糾正/預(yù)防措施的調(diào)查。 6. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)能力 3. More than 8 years of experience in quality system management, familiar with ISO9001, TS6949 and other management systems. who has rich experience on quality culture establishment, system running, process optimization, customer audit and customer complaint handling. 8年以上質(zhì)量體系管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉ISO9001,TS6949 等管理體系。對(duì)質(zhì)量文化的建立,體系運(yùn)行,流程優(yōu)化及客戶審核,客戶投訴處理有著豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 4. Good teamwork spirit and great communication skills are a must. 需要團(tuán)隊(duì)合作和良好的溝通能力 5. Strong self-management and motivation skills are required. 具有自我管理和積極主動(dòng)的能力 6. Must be ISO9001 or TS16949 internal auditor and experienced on customer complaint handling.
