崗位要求:
1. Diploma / Degree holder in operations management, supply chain / Purchasing, or related disciplines or high school with at least 5-year experience in supply chain / Logistics/ import/export operations.
擁有運(yùn)營(yíng)管理、供應(yīng)鏈/采購(gòu)或相關(guān)專業(yè)的大專或以上學(xué)歷,或具有5年以上供應(yīng)鏈/物流/進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
2. Good knowledge of Office application & ERP skills .
熟練掌握辦公軟件操作及ERP系統(tǒng)。
3. Good command of English and Chinese communication.
良好的英語(yǔ)和中文溝通能力。
工作職責(zé):
1. Be responsible for the end-to-end transportation arrangement of import/export goods, including booking shipping space, to ensure goods are dispatched as scheduled.
負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)出口貨物的全程運(yùn)輸安排,包括預(yù)訂運(yùn)輸艙位,以確保貨物能按計(jì)劃發(fā)出。
2. Verify the air freight/LCL/FCL rates for ad-hoc shipments by cross-referencing with the standard price list or supplier quotations to confirm rate accuracy; compare and select competitive transportation solutions to control logistics costs.
通過(guò)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)價(jià)格表或供應(yīng)商報(bào)價(jià)進(jìn)行交叉比對(duì),核實(shí)臨時(shí)運(yùn)輸(包括空運(yùn)、拼箱運(yùn)輸和整箱運(yùn)輸)的費(fèi)率,以確保費(fèi)率的準(zhǔn)確性;比較并選擇具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的運(yùn)輸方案,以控制物流成本。
3. For non-standard list items (such as customized products and oversized goods), coordinate with freight forwarders to develop special transportation plans ,solve unconventional logistics problems, and ensure the safe delivery of goods.
4. Prepare logistics documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations in accordance with the requirements of customs and customers; ensure the accuracy of document information and compliance with the customs supervision regulations of the importing and exporting countries.
對(duì)于非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的清單項(xiàng)目(例如定制產(chǎn)品和超大件商品),需與貨運(yùn)代理公司合作制定專門的運(yùn)輸計(jì)劃,解決非常規(guī)的物流問(wèn)題,并確保貨物的安全送達(dá)。
5. Ensure all cargo transportation strictly adheres to the agreed Incoterms, clarify the risk transfer points and cost allocation between the buyer and the seller, and avoid disputes caused by deviations in the implementation of terms.
確保所有貨物運(yùn)輸都嚴(yán)格遵循約定的國(guó)際貿(mào)易術(shù)語(yǔ),明確買方和賣方之間的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)轉(zhuǎn)移點(diǎn)和費(fèi)用分配方式,避免因條款執(zhí)行上的偏差而引發(fā)的糾紛。
6. Synchronize delivery plans with suppliers, track the entire progress of cargo transportation, provide early warnings for potential delays (such as insufficient supplier production capacity and logistics congestion), and coordinate solutions (e.g., expedited production, changing transportation methods).
將發(fā)貨計(jì)劃與供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行同步,跟蹤貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)恼麄€(gè)進(jìn)程,對(duì)可能出現(xiàn)的延誤(如供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)能力不足和物流擁堵)提前發(fā)出預(yù)警,并協(xié)調(diào)解決方案(例如加快生產(chǎn)、改變運(yùn)輸方式)。
7. Track the delivery progress of goods to customers or designated warehouses; after goods arrive at the port/warehouse, assist in confirming the receipt status, handle abnormalities during the delivery process (such as damaged goods and missing quantities), and coordinate with suppliers or freight forwarders to complete follow-up matters such as replenishment and claim settlement.
跟蹤貨物交付給客戶或指定倉(cāng)庫(kù)的進(jìn)度;貨物抵達(dá)港口/倉(cāng)庫(kù)后,協(xié)助確認(rèn)收貨狀態(tài),處理交付過(guò)程中的異常情況(如貨物損壞和數(shù)量短缺),并與供應(yīng)商或貨運(yùn)代理協(xié)調(diào)完成補(bǔ)貨和理賠結(jié)算等后續(xù)事宜。
