Job Description
? Take responsibility tocommunicate with the quality department in Smalley US for specific qualityquestions and issues.
? Take responsibility to communicate with external customers once they
meet quality problem.
? Take responsibility to solve the quality problem with the quality
department in Smalley US together.
? Set up ISO 9001 standard, improve internal process, for example
checking, measurement method.
? Take care of customers’ requirements for quality paper work. For
example PPAP, drawing & quality documents (between
customers’ and Smalley) double confirmed and communication
? Measurement work, load testing, OD/ID, free height, cycle life
testing etc.
? Working as a liaison between Smalley USA and existing customers in China
? Visiting customers as needed
Qualification
? 4-year bachelor degree
? Technical /engineering education background preferred
? Over 3-5 years experiences for quality work or related
? Strong communication skills
? Excellent English skills in verbal and writing
? Team cooperation attitude
