    Understand the overall market including competitors' strengths and weaknesses, supply and demand etc. and identify business to achieve personal revenue goals.

    幫助確定促銷價(jià)格和策略，以最大化度假村的銷售結(jié)果，同時(shí)使用談判技巧和創(chuàng)造性銷售能力來完成業(yè)務(wù)和談判合同；

    Help to determine promotional price and strategy to maximize sales outcome for naked Retreats, also using negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.

    通過不同渠道提高裸心集團(tuán)旗下度假村的市場(chǎng)知名度;

    Increase market awareness through different channels for naked Retreats.

    負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)送公司團(tuán)體的通用報(bào)價(jià)和定制行程。執(zhí)行并支持已預(yù)定業(yè)務(wù)的操作(例如，生成提案，撰寫合同，客戶通信)；

    Responsible for sending generic quotations and tailor-made itineraries for corporate groups. Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).

    Support the company's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Provide excellent customer service consistent with the daily service basics of naked standard.

    與客人溝通，獲取對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和服務(wù)水平的反饋；

    Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.

    通過了解客戶的需求，推薦最能滿足他們需求、超越他們期望的適當(dāng)功能和服務(wù)，為客戶服務(wù)，同時(shí)建立與公司的關(guān)系和忠誠度；

    Serve the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to the company.

    Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.


    Requirements：

    資質(zhì)要求

    大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷，商務(wù)或酒店管理專業(yè)；

    University degree major in business or hotel management.

    優(yōu)秀的英語和普通話的口頭和書面溝通和談判能力；

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both oral and written English & Mandarin.

    解決問題的態(tài)度和前瞻性思維；

    Problem solving attitude and forward thinking.

    認(rèn)真細(xì)致；

    Committed and detailed-oriented.

    能夠獨(dú)立工作，有“愿意做”的態(tài)度；

    Able to work independently and have a “can do” attitude.

    致力于自然保護(hù)、生態(tài)旅游和可持續(xù)發(fā)展，加分項(xiàng)；

    Devoted to nature preservation, ecotourism and sustainability is highly desirable.

    精通計(jì)算機(jī)技能；

    Proficient in computer skills.

    至少5年酒店業(yè)或銷售相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

    Minimum 5 years working experience in hospitality industry or sales related.
