Based on service scope in contract, complete payroll, insurance, IIT service implementation and successful go live ? 根據(jù)合同約定的服務(wù)范圍,完成客戶薪資、保險、個稅等服務(wù)外包的項(xiàng)目實(shí)施和成功上線 ? Conduct workshops to obtain the client’s requirements, provide analysis and solution to enhance client’s practice or match client process with ADP operation standards in terms of system, core payroll and social insurance service ? 組織一系列會議以獲取客戶需求,提供分析和解決方案,從而提升客戶實(shí)踐,或者使客戶在系統(tǒng)、 核心薪資和保險服務(wù)等方面與ADP運(yùn)營標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相匹配 ? Set up system to realize client’s payroll solution ? 配置系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶的薪資解決方案 ? Liaise with client to collect data, parallel run and go live preparation ? 與客戶聯(lián)系進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)收集,并行測試和上線準(zhǔn)備 ? Maintain up to date knowledge of the ADP Implementation methodology & Process, Products & Service Practices, and Labour Law ? 持續(xù)了解ADP實(shí)施方法論和流程、產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)實(shí)踐以及勞動法的最新知識 ? Escalate project issue to project manager or implementation manager to control project risk ? 向項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理或?qū)嵤┙?jīng)理匯報項(xiàng)目問題以控制項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE ? University degree or above ? 大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷 ? 2+ years’ experience in payroll/HR or ERP implementation ? 2年以上人事薪資系統(tǒng)或ERP實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn) ? Excellent written and verbal communication skill in Chinese and English ? 良好的中英文書面和口頭溝通能力 ? Analytical thinking/problem solving skills and quick learning skill ? 具有分析思維、解決問題能力和快速學(xué)習(xí)能力 ? Ability to priorities tasks and time management skills, ability to work across various projects ? 具有任務(wù)優(yōu)先級和時間管理能力,能夠跨多個項(xiàng)目工作 ? Strong Experience in HCM experience, payroll/social insurance knowledge is plus ? 具有人力資源系統(tǒng)、薪資和社保相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
