Responsibilities:
1. To review different types of contracts. 審核、修改和草擬各種類(lèi)型的合同。跟進(jìn)合同履行進(jìn)度。
2. To develop, introduce and improve contract templates. 更新、修改公司合同模板。
3. To manage signed contracts. 管理已簽署的合同。
4. To facilitate IP and trademark application. 處理商標(biāo)、專(zhuān)利、發(fā)明專(zhuān)利等申請(qǐng)、維護(hù)事務(wù)
5. Legal research. 法律研究和相關(guān)問(wèn)題搜索。
6. To provide legal support for the operation of the company. 法律咨詢(xún)及協(xié)助外部律師處理法律糾紛。
7. To provide legal advice to management with respect to any arising issues. 就任何出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題向管理層及相關(guān)部門(mén)提供法律意見(jiàn)。
8. Other tasks assigned by supervisor. 處理其他主管安排的事項(xiàng)。
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in law from a prestigious law school. 具有法學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,通過(guò)司法考試者優(yōu)先
2. 2 years and above working experience in legal department of a MNC. 2年及以上公司法務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),優(yōu)秀應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生也考慮。
3. Fluent in written and spoken English.流利的英語(yǔ)書(shū)面和口語(yǔ)能力。
