職責: 1. 在項目準備及開工階段,建立項目文控系統(tǒng),并在過程中監(jiān)控文控程序的有效實施; 2. 根據項目文檔流程處理送進、發(fā)出的文件,并做好傳送登記; 3. 建立紙板和電子版存檔系統(tǒng)并維護。分配并管理項目文件/圖紙?zhí)柎a(如需要); 4. 向項目人員提供文檔控制操作的支持,也延伸包括供應商,承包商和業(yè)主; 5. 協助項目經理完成日常協調管理工作,例如:與業(yè)主的的工作溝通,協助處理PR,PO流程和圖紙管理; 6. 負責項目會議的籌備及跟蹤工作,預定會議室,做會議紀要; 7. 負責項目文件資料的整理、傳遞、批復和歸檔等工作; 8. 如有需要,對項目文檔進行英漢雙向翻譯; 9. 項目經理安排的其他工作。 Responsibilities: 1. During project preparation and commencement, establish a project document control system and monitor the effective implementation of document control procedures throughout the process. 2. Process incoming and outgoing documents in accordance with project documentation workflows, maintaining proper transmission records. 3. Set up and maintain both hardcopy and electronic filing systems. Assign and manage project document/drawing numbers (if required). 4. Provide document control support to project personnel, extending to suppliers, contractors, and the client as needed. 5. Assist the Project Manager in daily coordination tasks, such as client communication, PR/PO process support, and drawing management. 6. Organize and follow up on project meetings, including room bookings and minute-taking. 7. Manage project documentation, including sorting, distribution, approval, and archiving. 8. Perform bilingual (English-Chinese) translation of project documents when necessary. 9.
