職責描述Job description
1、負責電機控制器的電路設計和layout以及BOM管理.
Responsible for traction inverter schematic capture, layout design and BOM management.
2、負責根據(jù)需求來對功率半導體及相關電路器件如薄膜電容，外圍電壓電流傳感器，母線進行選型。
Responsible for power semiconductor devices such as film/Y capacitor, external voltage/current sensor and busbar selection based on system specs.
3、負責系統(tǒng)層面的電氣仿真來預估系統(tǒng)損耗和IGBT結溫和效率估算。
Responsible for system-level simulation to predict system losses and IGBT junction temperatures and efficiency measurement.
4、負責逆變器的前期功能驗證和優(yōu)化，以確保產(chǎn)品能順利通過DV測試。
Responsible for inverter system function verification and optimization, make sure the product could pass DV test.
5、協(xié)助軟件工程師來對產(chǎn)品參數(shù)進行調(diào)整，以適應臺架和整車的標定。
Cooperate with software engineers to adjust system variables in order to fulfill bench and vehicle calibration.
6、制定產(chǎn)品規(guī)格書，DV/PV計劃，線下測試等文檔，確保產(chǎn)品從原型到量產(chǎn)的順利進行。
Draft documents like tranction inverter specifications, DV/PV plan, end-of-line test, etc. Go through the process from prototyping to mass production.
任職條件Job Requirement
1.本科及以上學歷，電力電子，電氣自動化相關專業(yè)等相關專業(yè); 碩士優(yōu)先。
Bachelor degree or above；Major in power electronics, electrical engineering; Master is preferred.
2、5年及以上電力電子硬件崗位工作經(jīng)驗，有汽車行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
At least 5 years power electronics hardware working experience, automotive industry experience is preferred.
3、熟悉IGBT，SiC MOSFET等高壓大功率半導體器件的特性
Familiar with attributes of high power semiconductor devices like IGBT and SiC MOSFET.
4、熟悉薄膜電容，外圍傳感器和高壓母線等器件的特性
Familiar with film capacitor, external voltage/current sensor and busbar.
5、熟悉逆變器工作原理
Familiar with principles of traction inverter works.
6、熟悉簡單的電力電子熱模型建立
Familiar with basic power electronics thermal model.
7、具備逆變器電路開發(fā)和優(yōu)化能力, 包括控制電路和驅動電路。
Be ability of developing and optimizing inverter electric circuitry including control board and drive board.
8、具備功能安全ISO26262的知識，并將功能安全應用到產(chǎn)品開發(fā)之中。
Be ability of function safety development in the field of power electronic in order to meet the requirements of corresponding standards of ISO 26262.
9、掌握英語四級，進行英語日常交流；日語是加分項
CET-4 and above is must for oral and written English; Japanese is preferred.
