崗位職責:
1. Produce RTL customer service report
制作實時物流售后服務的客戶報告.
2. Produce Jira monthly Project report
制作Jira的月度報告.
3. System Database Update includes contract upload and unit upload.
系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)定期更新,導入合同和相關(guān)設備信息。
4. Service Wow Update as Daily basis
每天更新servicewow的維修訂單.
5. Place service order for contract renewal, produce invoice and renewal document. Open PO follow up with vendor and follow up payment with customer if required.
售后服務訂單及相關(guān)文件制作,和供應商跟蹤未完成訂單的狀態(tài),并***,以及和客戶追蹤付款情況。
6. Update Salesforce portal as required.
更新salesforce系統(tǒng)
7. Check and Close expired project in system, revenue and cost reconcile for RTL project.
根據(jù)要求來關(guān)閉系統(tǒng)內(nèi)已完成的售后服務項目
8. Monthly Invoice for Multi Service Maintenance Projects
開具售后服務合同的月度發(fā)票
9. Weekly Invoice for Customer service Spare Parts Order
開具備品備件的訂單發(fā)票
10. Checking Invoice Portal as regular basis to make sure invoices are uploaded.
追蹤并檢查服務發(fā)票上傳到系統(tǒng)的狀態(tài)。
11. Other work required by direct manager.
直線經(jīng)理布置的其他任務。
任職資格:
1. MS Office skills
熟練使用MS Office 技能
2. Good in using ERP or SAP System
熟練運用ERP或者SAP系統(tǒng).
3. Working experience in order management
具有訂單管理經(jīng)驗
4. Good communication skills – verbal and written
良好的的口語和書寫溝通能力
5. Ability to Multitask and workflow arrangement
可以同時處理多項事務, 具有合理安排工作的能力.
6. Ability to take Initiative
工作具有主動積極性.
7. Ability to do data analyst
具有一定的數(shù)據(jù)分析的能力.
8. Be responsible, organized, and detail oriented
工作認真負責,有條理, 具有責任心和細心.
9. Ability to report to manager timely and provide solution when required.
具有及時向上匯報的能力,并且可以提供一定的解決方法
10. Bachelor’s degree or above, 1-2 working experience is preferred.
大學本科及以上學歷,有1-2 年工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
