2.Efficiently source mid-to-senior level candidates for core positions such as AI algorithms, robotics R&D, and smart hardware through multiple channels.?
3.Conduct in-depth evaluations of candidates (technical capabilities, professional qualities, etc.) to ensure high matching accuracy.?
4.Oversee the entire process including interview coordination, salary negotiation, background checks, and onboarding follow-up to ensure smooth candidate onboarding.?
5.Establish and improve the AI+ industry talent pool, track industry dynamics in real-time, and map precise talent landscapes.?
Qualifications?
1.Bachelor's degree or above, 3-5 years of headhunting or related recruitment experience; AI+ industry experience preferred.?
2.Strong interest in the AI track with keen insight into cutting-edge technologies and job requirements.?
3.Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills to effectively connect clients and candidates.?
4.Result-oriented, with strong sense of goal and self-drive, able to deliver outstanding performance under pressure.?
