Position Summary: 1. Lead and drive project team to complete new product development project evaluation, tooling and qualification, including but not limited to: product cost and required tooling investment, components DFM review, project timeline creation, project process review, resolve roadblocks during project implement, etc. 2. Weekly or monthly project status report to management team; 3. To manage and monitor new product development project regularly to meet committed project timeline on time, as well as on budget and on product cost. 4. Coordination of component supply for prototypes samples and customer qualification sample 5. Maintaining development project schedule and budget. 6. Creation and presentation of PACE Phase reviews 7. Coordinate and organize project meeting to meet required customer expectations and timing; 8. Identification and mitigation of project risks which may cause project delay or failure during new product development. Education, Experience, Skills Required: 1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a relevant 2. 6+ years work experiences, including 3+ years project management experience. Experience of product and process development is preferred 3. Good written and oral presentation skill. 4. Good written and spoken English ability. 5. Strong communication and coordination skill.
