Key Responsibilities

  • Plan Reviews for Technical Accuracy: Critically examine current product structural designs, connection details, framing member sizes, and bracing specifications prior to fabrication to ensure compliance with relevant US/Canadian building codes and LGS design standards (e.g., AISI standards).

  • Quality Control (QC) Program: Review and enhance the current QC Inspection and Testing Plans, project quality criteria, and LGS fabrication and framing quality control documentation processes.

Qualifications

  • Nationality/Residency: Chinese.

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in light gauge steel framing or cold-formed steel construction, with a focus on commercial or modular panelized systems.
