崗位職責:
1. 負責預算的編制及執(zhí)行情況的跟蹤,以及負責對實際結果同預算差異進行分析及解釋。
Be responsible to release order, follow up shipments and analysis the actual and order variance.
2. 負責安全庫存的控制及執(zhí)行,以在保證穩(wěn)定生產的前提下提高庫存周轉率。
Be responsible to control safety stock to ensure target ITR in the prerequisite of smooth production.
3. 負責合理組織發(fā)貨,以提高集裝箱和卡車利用率,盡可能避免計劃外高額物流費用的產生,從而降低物流成本。
Be responsible to arrange picking up, improve container or truck utilization, and try to avoid any premium.
4. 負責QAD相關數(shù)據(jù)及信息的更新和維護工作。
QAD data update and maintain.
5. 負責跟蹤貨物的發(fā)貨和到貨情況直到貨物到廠。對于緊急零件要跟蹤到檢驗完畢。
Track shipments until arrival ACC plant。 Follow up shipments until inspection completion for urgent parts,
6. 負責每天更新DOH,對于低于安全庫存的零件或可能有風險的運輸進行報警及及時匯報,以盡快尋求解決方案。
Update DOH every day. Report any risk parts to find an effective and prompt action plan to solve it.
7. 負責同供應商保持穩(wěn)定的溝通,以便及時掌握相關信息及情況變化。
Keep good communication with suppliers to grasp any update information or change which will affect our shipments.
8. 負責定期向材料計劃經理匯報工作。
Report to material manager at intervals.
9. 負責跟蹤供應商LSP,AS51和AS244的執(zhí)行情況。
Monitor supplier LSP, AS51 and AS244.
10. 負責材料價格維護單的申請以及QAD框架合同的維護。
Maintain part price and contract release in QAD.
11. 對于額外空運費用提交空運審批。
Submit any premium cost application before it actually happens.
12. 負責索要由于供應商供貨問題產生的額外費用。
Be responsible to claim any premium cost to suppliers which is caused by their fault.
13. 每月負責及記錄供應商發(fā)貨情況,并在每月19日向主管提交SOTP報告。
Score SOTP and request 8D on each 30. Issue NCM after LO manager approves.
14. 負責每周更新EC及EOP零件清單以監(jiān)控切換導致的剩余庫存。
Update EC&EOP list every Monday to minimize remained stock after switch.
15. 負責每周到貨安排。隔離破損零件的退貨跟蹤。對于VMI供應商,要求監(jiān)控倉庫存貨的上下限情況。
Schedule weekly shipments arrival. Monitor blocked or damage pats return issues. Control max and min stock level for VMI suppliers.
16. 負責相關作業(yè)指導書的有效執(zhí)行。
Be responsible to work under effective instructions.
17. 負責供應商發(fā)票的結算和收貨報表的打印。每月完成上月所有已收貨的結算工作。
Be responsible to settle invoice and print goods receipt. Complete all the previous month goods receipt QAD balance
