Duties & Responsibilities
●Implement data-driven preventive maintenance programs to minimize unplanned downtime and improve efficiency.
●Spearhead predictive monitoring system upgrades for key equipment
●Develop failure mode analysis protocols to safeguard production continuity
●Conduct hands-on training programs for facility operation maintenance and advanced troubleshooting.
●Establish and improve standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
●Reduce dependency on third-party vendors through internal competency building.
●Provide cross-site technical advisory services for energy efficiency, FMEA analysis, capital projects and system upgrades.
●Facilitate best practice sharing through regional knowledge hubs.
●Streamline facility equipment lifecycle management protocols across APAC sites.

Qualification & Requirements
●Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in HVAC, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automation or related engineering fields.
●Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in facility operations and maintenance, with specialized expertise in HVAC and electrical systems covering the full lifecycle from design to maintenance. Strong technical competence in system troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and performance optimization are required.
●Expertise in the design, operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency optimization of complex facility systems including HVAC, cleanroom environments, power distribution, air compression/vacuum, and FMCS.Proficient in applying FMEA, RCA methodologies, and CMMS platforms, with advanced skills in predictive maintenance tools (vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil analysis, etc.).Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
