崗位職責: 1、制定并執(zhí)行公司醫(yī)療高值耗材品牌在海外市場的長期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,提升品牌知名度和美譽度; 2、監(jiān)測和分析品牌在海外市場的表現(xiàn),及時調(diào)整品牌策略以適應(yīng)市場變化; 3、對海外各個國家的醫(yī)療市場進行深入調(diào)研和分析,了解市場趨勢、競爭對手情況和客戶需求; 4、與銷售團隊緊密合作,為銷售團隊提供市場支持和培訓,提高銷售團隊的市場敏銳度和銷售能力; 5、組織專業(yè)展會及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的學術(shù)會議,提升公司產(chǎn)品在專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的影響力; 6、邀請國內(nèi)外專家學者參與學術(shù)會議,進行產(chǎn)品宣講和技術(shù)交流; 7、針對尚未進入銷售的國家,制定詳細的市場進入方案,包括市場調(diào)研、渠道建設(shè)、產(chǎn)品定價等; 8、分析市場變化對公司業(yè)務(wù)的影響,及時提出應(yīng)對策略和建議; 9、定期向公司管理層匯報市場動態(tài)和競爭態(tài)勢,為公司決策提供依據(jù)。 任職要求: 1、統(tǒng)招本科及以上學歷,醫(yī)藥學、臨床學、生物工程專業(yè)優(yōu)先; 2、3年以上醫(yī)療器械國際市場營銷經(jīng)驗,心內(nèi)介入、三類醫(yī)療器械經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先; 3、英語具備6級以上的聽說讀寫能力,口語流利,能獨立輸出內(nèi)外培訓; 4、具備良好的市場意識及方案執(zhí)行,有敏銳的數(shù)據(jù)捕捉及市場信息收集能力; 5、良好的抗壓能力,能適應(yīng)出國出差; Responsibilities: 1.Develop and execute long-term development strategies for the company’s high-value medical consumables brand in overseas markets to enhance brand awareness and reputation. 2.Monitor and analyze the performance of the brand in international markets, making timely adjustments to brand strategies to adapt to market changes. 3.Conduct in-depth research and analysis of medical markets in various overseas countries, including market trends,competitor activities, and customer needs. 4.Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide market support and training, improving the team’s market acuity and sales capabilities. 5.Organize professional exhibitions and academic conferences related to the company’s products to enhance their influence in specialized fields. 6.Invite domestic and international experts and scholars to participate in academic conferences for product presentations and technical exchanges. 7.Develop detailed market entry plans for countries where sales have not yet been established, including market research,channel development, and product pricing. 8.Analyze the impact of market changes on the company’s business and propose timely countermeasures and recommendations. 9.Regularly report market dynamics and competitive landscape to senior management to support decision-making. Requirements: 1.Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher,preferably in medicine, clinical studies, bioengineering, or related fields. 2.Minimum 3 years of international marketing experience in medical devices; experience in interventional cardiology or Class III medical devices is preferred. 3.CET-6 or above English proficiency, with strong listening,speaking,reading, and writing skills; fluent spoken English is required for independent internal and external training delivery. 4.Strong market awareness and execution capabilities, with keen data capture and market information collection skills. 5.Excellent resilience and ability to adapt to international business travel.
