The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and a passion for creating innovative architectural solutions. You will collaborate with senior designers and project managers to develop concept designs, and contribute to all phases of the design process.
【主要職責(zé) Key Responsibilities】
1. 為住宅、商業(yè)、酒店等多種項目類型提供建筑概念方案、初步設(shè)計及深化圖紙； Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed drawings for various project types (residential, commercial, hospitality, etc.).
2. 運用設(shè)計軟件制作高質(zhì)量的2D/3D圖紙、效果圖及匯報文件；Produce high-quality 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and presentations using design software.
3. 與工程師、顧問及客戶協(xié)作優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案； Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and clients to refine design solutions.
4. 參與現(xiàn)場踏勘與設(shè)計評審，確保項目落地符合設(shè)計意圖； Participate in site visits and design reviews to ensure project alignment with design intent.
【任職要求 Qualifications & Skills】
1. 教育背景： Education - 建筑學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科/碩士學(xué)歷； Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
2. 工作經(jīng)驗： Experience - 2年以上建筑設(shè)計工作經(jīng)驗； 2+ years of professional architectural design experience.
3.需提交體現(xiàn)設(shè)計能力與技術(shù)實力的作品集； Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and technical proficiency.
4. 熟練使用AutoCAD、SketchUp、Revit、Rhino及Adobe創(chuàng)意套件； Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
5.掌握BIM工作流及渲染軟件（D5,Lumion etc.）者優(yōu)先； Experience with BIM workflows and rendering software (D5,Lumion etc.) is a plus.
6.語言要求：英語流利（書面及口語），掌握中文者更佳。 Fluent in English (written and spoken). Chinese language skills are a bonus.
