一、主要職責(zé):

3、參與天然氣處理站內(nèi)裝置的調(diào)試前檢查、缺陷整改、單機(jī)及全廠試運(yùn)、達(dá)產(chǎn)達(dá)標(biāo)管理方案制定與執(zhí)行；
4、負(fù)責(zé)天然氣處理廠編制調(diào)試程序、操作手冊(cè)、報(bào)表匯報(bào)材料及培訓(xùn)資料；
5、審批天然氣處理裝置運(yùn)行計(jì)劃、檢維修計(jì)劃、安全技術(shù)措施等；
6、貫徹QHSE管理制度，落實(shí)PTW、JSA等安全流程，主持并參與事故處理與演練，負(fù)責(zé)作業(yè)與對(duì)外匯報(bào)；推進(jìn)安全文化建設(shè)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化運(yùn)維體系；
7、協(xié)調(diào)業(yè)主、上級(jí)管理單位、外協(xié)單位溝通工作；
8、指導(dǎo)運(yùn)維人員開展日常生產(chǎn)操作和故障應(yīng)急響應(yīng)，提高現(xiàn)場(chǎng)獨(dú)立運(yùn)行能力；
9、負(fù)責(zé)操作團(tuán)隊(duì)分工、績(jī)效評(píng)估及目標(biāo)推進(jìn)。

5）Approve the operation plan, inspection and maintenance plan, safety technical measures, etc. of the natural gas treatment device;
6）Implement the QHSE management system, implement safety processes such as PTW and JSA, preside over and participate in accident handling and drills, and be responsible for operations and foreign exchange reports. promote the construction of safety culture and standardized operation and maintenance system;
7）Coordinate the communication between owners, superior management units and outsourcing units;
8）Guide operation and maintenance personnel to carry out daily production operations and fault emergency response, and improve the independent operation ability of the site.

2. Main qualification requirements:
1）Bachelor degree or above in oil and gas, chemical or other related majors;
2）More than 8 years of experience in oil and gas project commissioning or operation and maintenance;
3）Familiar with DCS/SIS/PLC systems, key equipment start-up logic, and process flow control;
4）Have experience in central control operation of natural gas treatment;
5）Have good on-site coordination and technical guidance skills;
6）Good English, working language, and accept long-term overseas residency.
3. Salary and benefits
1）Basic salary + overseas subsidies, five insurances and one housing fund, two days off and one holiday, food and accommodation are included, and round-trip travel expenses are reimbursed by the company.

三、薪酬福利
