崗位定位與核心職責:
本崗位是COO的強力支撐與重點培養(yǎng)對象,協(xié)助 COO 處理日常運營與戰(zhàn)略協(xié)調(diào)及商務相關事務的同時,核心負責對內(nèi)協(xié)同本部門及各跨職能團隊(售前、市場、交付、財務等),對外全程跟蹤、督導客戶項目、訂單的履行進程,保障客戶項目按計劃順利交付,積極領會上級工作意圖,高效完成上級交辦的其他商務相關工作任務;要求您能在高壓環(huán)境下,以嚴密的邏輯和高效的協(xié)同,推動復雜任務閉環(huán)。
我們期待您具備:
1. 行業(yè)認知與商業(yè)頭腦
1) 理解電信行業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡、運營、市場、服務與生態(tài)合作邏輯。
2) 能將自己經(jīng)手的每一項任務,與公司的戰(zhàn)略目標、財務表現(xiàn)和運營效率主動關聯(lián)。
2. 核心技能與經(jīng)驗
1) 基本要求:
具備電信行業(yè)的基本業(yè)務知識,了解其技術(shù)術(shù)語、監(jiān)管環(huán)境與核心挑戰(zhàn)。
具備優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力與溝通技巧,良好的團隊合作精神,邏輯清晰,善于表達,能高效開展內(nèi)外部對接工作。
2) 經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先:
擁有電信或科技、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、IT服務等相關行業(yè)5年以上工作經(jīng)驗,熟悉運營商運作模式者優(yōu)先考慮。
對商務工作有熱情,工作認真細心、有條理,計劃性強,善于總結(jié),責任心強。有海外市場或國際業(yè)務經(jīng)驗者可優(yōu)先考慮
3) 語言能力:
具備出色的中英文專業(yè)溝通能力,能勝任書面與口頭交流。英語專業(yè)八級(TEM-8)或具備同等商務應用能力者優(yōu)先。
4) 辦公技能:
熟練使用Excel、PPT等工具進行數(shù)據(jù)分析、可視化呈現(xiàn)與演示。

1) 能清晰、簡潔、有重點地進行匯報,善于提煉關鍵信息。
2) 具備出色的與不同團隊(售前、市場、交付、財務等)溝通與協(xié)調(diào)能力,能有效推動協(xié)作,核心保障客戶訂單的全流程順利推進與閉環(huán)。
3) 能起草結(jié)構(gòu)清晰、邏輯嚴謹?shù)泥]件、報告與方案,并能精準審核與把控訂單內(nèi)容與關鍵條款。

Telecommunications Industry – COO Assistant: Job Requirements
Location: Shenzhen
Role Positioning
This role serves as a key support to the COO and a designated high-potential development position. The Assistant will support the COO in daily operations, strategic coordination, and commercial matters. The core responsibility is to drive internal collaboration across the department and cross-functional teams (Pre-sales, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, etc.), while externally tracking and supervising the end-to-end execution of customer projects and orders to ensure on-time and on-plan delivery.
The role requires strong alignment with management intent and the ability to efficiently complete ad hoc commercial and operational tasks assigned by senior leadership. The ideal candidate can operate effectively in a high-pressure environment, using rigorous logic and strong coordination skills to drive complex initiatives to full closure.
Job Summary
1. Industry Insight and Commercial Acumen
· Solid understanding of the telecommunications industry, including network architecture, operations, market dynamics, service models, and ecosystem partnerships.
· Ability to proactively link every task you handle to the company’s strategic objectives, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
2. Core Skills and Experience
Basic Requirements
· Foundational knowledge of the telecommunications industry, including technical terminology, regulatory environment, and key industry challenges.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong teamwork mindset, clear logical thinking, and effective expression.
· Ability to efficiently manage both internal and external stakeholder interactions.
Preferred Experience
· Over 5 years of experience in telecommunications or related industries such as technology, internet, or IT services.
· Familiarity with telecom operator business models is a strong advantage.
· Strong interest in commercial and business operations; meticulous, well-organized, highly responsible, and strong in planning and summarization.
· Overseas market exposure or international business experience is a plus.
Language Skills
· Excellent professional communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of handling written and oral business communications.
· TEM-8 (Test for English Majors, Band 8) or equivalent professional business English proficiency is preferred.
Office & Analytical Skills
· Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools for data analysis, visualization, and presentations.

· Ability to deliver clear, concise, and well-structured reports with a strong focus on key points.
· Strong coordination capabilities across teams (Pre-sales, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, etc.) to effectively drive collaboration and ensure end-to-end order execution and closure.
