2,調(diào)研金屬礦山行業(yè)市場動態(tài)、競品信息、相關(guān)政策及項目資訊,制定合理的區(qū)域或行業(yè)銷售策略并落地執(zhí)行。
Investigate the market trends, competitor information, relevant policies and project information of the metal mine industry, formulate reasonable regional or industry sales strategies and implement them.
3,對接礦山企業(yè)、礦建公司、設(shè)備代理商、設(shè)計院等各類目標客戶,全程跟進招投標、報價、合同簽訂及回款等相關(guān)工作。
Connect with various target customers such as mining enterprises, mining construction companies, equipment agents and design institutes, and follow up the whole process of bidding, quotation, contract signing and payment collection.
4,協(xié)同公司技術(shù)、售后團隊,為客戶提供金屬礦山設(shè)備/產(chǎn)品/解決方案的專業(yè)推廣、技術(shù)答疑及落地支持服務(wù)。
Cooperate with the company's technical and after-sales teams to provide customers with professional promotion, technical consultation and landing support services for metal mine equipment/products/solutions.
5,維護客戶關(guān)系,提升客戶滿意度與忠誠度,促進客戶復(fù)購及轉(zhuǎn)介紹;及時處理客戶商務(wù)異常及投訴,保障合作順利推進。
Maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, promote customer repurchase and referral; timely handle customer business abnormalities and complaints to ensure the smooth progress of cooperation.
職位要求:1:大專及以上學(xué)歷,采礦工程、機械工程、礦物加工工程、冶金工程、機電一體化等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮
2:3年以上金屬礦山行業(yè)銷售、商務(wù)或市場相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;有礦山設(shè)備、礦山耗材、礦山工程、礦用配件銷售經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
3:熟悉國內(nèi)金屬礦山分布情況,擁有礦山企業(yè)客戶資源、礦山項目運作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先錄用。
4:具備獨立開發(fā)客戶、商務(wù)談判及招投標全流程操作的能力;能接受高頻出差,適應(yīng)礦山現(xiàn)場走訪的工作環(huán)境;具備較強的目標感、執(zhí)行力與抗壓能力。
5:熟練使用Office等辦公軟件,持有駕駛證者優(yōu)先;溝通表達清晰流暢,職業(yè)素養(yǎng)良好,具備較強的責任心與團隊協(xié)作意識。
