? 通過(guò)內(nèi)部及供應(yīng)商審核與調(diào)查，確保符合指定質(zhì)量要求。
? 制定并啟動(dòng)供應(yīng)商績(jī)效改進(jìn)計(jì)劃。
? 通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)收集、解讀、分析與總結(jié)編制報(bào)告并提出建議。
? 處理供應(yīng)商不合格物料及追溯責(zé)任。
? 審核供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)件批準(zhǔn)程序（PPAP）。
? 供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問(wèn)題及8D報(bào)告追蹤；
? 供應(yīng)商ZD體系實(shí)施與持續(xù)改進(jìn)
? 公司指派的其他職責(zé)。
任職資格：
1.工科專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。
2.5年以上相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.精通六西格瑪及問(wèn)題解決工具。
4.具備采購(gòu)實(shí)踐與政策敏銳度。
5.跨部門協(xié)作溝通能力強(qiáng)。
6.恪守職業(yè)道德與誠(chéng)信準(zhǔn)則。
7.需接受頻繁差旅。
Job Responsibility:
? Deploy FC Qingdao supplier quality strategies
? New supplier quality system and process audit
? Ensures that project and/or process control documentation is compliant with requirements and/or
contract;
? Identifies quality performance, trends and corrective action by coordinating with customers and
suppliers;
? Ensures compliance to specified quality requirements by performing in-house and supplier audits and
surveys;
? Develops and initiates programs to improve supplier performance;
? Prepares reports by collecting, interpreting, analyzing and summarizing data and making
recommendations;
? Supplier nonconformance material handling and charge back;
? Supplier PPAP review and approval;
? Supplier quality issue & 8D report tracking;
? Supplier ZD implementation and continuous improvement
? Other duties from the company.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
?? 5+ years related experience.
?? Good at 6-Sigma, Problem Solving tools
?? Good sense on sourcing practice and policy
?? Computer literate
?? Good communication skills in cross function corporation
?? High standard of ethics and honesty
?? Must be willing to travel extensively
