崗位要求常駐澳洲布里斯班，公司可以辦理工作簽證
Main responsibilities:
1. In charge of all the marketing activities in Australia and New Zealand.
2. Stipulate customized marketing strategies for GoodWe BIPV products, targeting both solar & building materials industries.
3. Help the company to manage the relationship with the existing media and identify new media partners.
4. Contribute with sensible ideas for the design of GoodWe BIPV advertisements in accordance with the company product offering and aligned with the company strategy in core markets.
5. Generate intriguing content to share across all the media channels.
6. Manage the relationship with core customers, provide support and discuss strategic co-marketing plans with them to build a strong rapport. Be persistent in following up with them to develop a long-term relationship.
7. Organize regular BIPV training or roadshows to solar installers across the region.
8. Come up with creative ideas for marketing campaigns in which the company promotes specific products among a targeted group of customers.
9. Maintain a regular dialogue with influential organizations or KoLs of solar & building material industries, such as local PV/Green Building associations and relevant organizations.
10. Responsible for project video/photo shooting, generate quality marketing material for paid campaign.
11. Work together with research & sales team, conduct market research, analyze consumer needs, and market situation as well as competition dynamics that contribute to develop marketing strategies.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree and above.
2. Substantial experience with marketing management required (Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, working experience in building material segment is a plus)
3. Strong project management skill.
4. Good at communication and writing.
5. Fluent English speaking and writing skill.
6. Teamwork spirit.
