Key Responsibilities 主要職責(zé):
1. Build and improve the recruitment infrastructure continuously
- Ensure compliance of recruitment policies and procedures across the Company;
- Conduct job analysis to keep all job descriptions up-to-date;
- Continue to improve the recruitment, offer process and on-boarding processes to create the candidate experience;
- Manage the headcount planning process and control headcount within budget.
2. Candidate Sourcing
- Manage the internal sourcing program;
- Develop and manage the Employer Branding programs to attract the right candidates;
- Develop and manage the multiple candidate sourcing channels and explore new channels continuously;
- Manage the partnership with external search firms and e-Recruitment portals;
- Develop and manage the candidate database;
- Manage the recruitment cost within budget.
3. People Assessment
- Have in-depth understanding of the job and people requirements;
- Develop and continue to improve people assessment tools to achieve high recruitment success rate;
- Build effective partnership with business managers;
- Educate business managers on the use of people assessment tools.
4. Continue to improve the Recruitment KPIs
- Time to fill
- Cost per hire
- Success rate
5. Team Management
- Engage team members effectively by winning their hearts and minds;
- Build and upgrade team capability continuously;
Job Requirements 任職要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in business administration or HR related field.
2. At least 8 years of working experience in HR management or headhunting field, in which 4+ years of progressive recruitment experience, preferably from multinational companies.
3. Good knowledge & skills in job analysis, headcount planning, candidate sourcing, employer branding, people assessment, budget management, change management, presentation, project management and client partnership.
4. Good communication skills and team work spirit.
5. Familiar with MS Office (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
6. Fluent spoken and written English or Japanese.
