JD：
1. Manage import and export operations for Bonded Warehouse, ensure
compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures;
2. Manage and ensure proper classification and declaration of goods, tariff
codes. Handle customs inspection monitor and onsite check;
3. Manage distribution center logistic delivery, shipping cost, surcharge
for special service. Manage and track logistics cost, identify opportunities
for cost reduction and efficiency improvements;
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external
stakeholders, supply planning team, order management team, 3PL, suppliers,
forwarders and brokers;
5. Communicate with all suppliers and handle inbound activities in bonded
warehouse, eg, tracking, unloading plan;
6. Interactions with supply planning teams during inventory management;
7. Communicate with all markets and handle outbound activities, eg,
booking, documents preparation;
8. Coordinate Bonded Warehouse team and forwarders/broker to ensure a
smooth goods receiving/goods delivery;
9. 3PL/Forwarders performance management during day to day operations
? Optimize import and export process, support system testing.
? Proactively involve in Continuous Improvement projects. Optimize daily
operation process and support cross functional improvements.
? Other tasks assigned by superior.
任職要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree and above; in international trade or logistics related
majors;
2. Minimum 5 years’ working experience in import & export management
for bonded warehouses;
3. Rich knowledge and experience in international trade practices and
supply chain/logistics process optimization;
4. Good command in both written and spoken English, CET-4 or above;
5. Strong planning, organization and coordination skills;
Familiar with ERP system and experience in using SAP.
