1. Work as a one-stop contact window for sales order management for assigned sales region or business models
2. Execute the whole process for order intake, availability improvement, shipment monitoring, payment check, and etc.
3. Proactively coordinate and communicate with cross-function teams and multi-levels of stakeholders and ensure high level of customer satisfaction
4. Fully support for month-end closing and sales target achievement. Closely track packing status and timely process billing, shipping documents, etc.
5. Timely archiving the documents as required to meet audit and legal requirements.
6. Manage Customs declaration documents to support Customs declaration process effectively.
7. Manage documentation of goods receipt from logistics vendors on regular basis
8. Manage FC data input into APO system on monthly basis
9. Act as back-up for teamwork as needed
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Supply chain, order management or related areas
2. 3 + years experiences in Order Management, Demand Management or
Customer Service field
3. Computer skills specifically in SAP, APO, Google, Tableau, etc.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills,
able to communicate effectively during business-to-business transactions.
5. Ability to communicate cross-cultures and cross-functions
6. Good at spoken and written English
