Job Summary
The overall accountability of the role is to assist distribution work, to assist client service, marketing, product development and management, and to support the distribution efforts. The role also involves fund reports and onboarding materials with distributors, and marketing/PR efforts.
Key Accountabilities
Product and Marketing:
? Assist the overall new product development process from product launch process to the end product delivery and to ensure the effective launch and ongoing management of our products
? Assist new fund launches and registrations, fund modifications and fund mergers/closures under its scope
? Prepare marketing materials and investment content for presentations and maintain public platforms (WeChat platform, Xueqiu, Website Etc.）and prepare sales & client support documents
Client Service:
? Assist to deliver quality client service
? Prepare regular and ad hoc client/product/regulator reports and material
? Assist in preparing materials for client meetings, client reports and portfolio reviews etc.
? Assist client on-boarding / transition processes by supporting workgroup meetings and ensuring deliverables are met timely
? Provide support to distribution and client management initiatives in China including sales support function, client training event management, client communication and ad hoc team projects
Qualifications & Attributes
o Relevant asset management (product specialist / product development / consultant liaison / portfolio management) work or internship experience
o Knowledge of the private fund and public fund management landscape in China and offshore fund management industry
o Self-starter with high levels of self-discipline, tenacity and resilience
o Ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders, including investment, sales, compliance, risk and operations team in a multi-cultural environment
o Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
o A strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Proficiency / fluency in English and Mandarin are essential
o An appropriate Bachelor degree
