Responsibilities
? Confirm leads obtained from market campaigns (Event, Tradeshow, Webinar, PKI website, Leads Mining, customer surveys, paid search projects) via phone on daily basis, to understand the customer's specific needs (e.g., application, procurement cycle, budget status, etc.), and create Zero Stage opportunities in SFDC to forward to the sales team for follow-up within 24 hours.
? Conduct phone communications with target industry customers to understand their needs, promote PKI products and applications, and identify potential customers.
? Maintain relationships with existing customers through regular surveys to understand their needs and suggestions, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
? Track and analyze process and standard compliance via SFDC reports and work closely with the sales team to ensure customers’ leads are promptly followed up and converted.
? Collaborate closely with the technical team to provide timely feedback on market trends and customers’ input, assisting in optimizing product and service strategies.
Basic Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Environmental Science, Materials Science, or a related field.
? Minimum 3 years of work experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in the scientific instruments industry or B2B sector.
? Excellent communication and learning abilities, optimistic and outgoing, capable of handling work pressure, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility.
? Familiarity with CRM system operations and Telemarketing process.
? Good English reading and writing skills.
