工作內(nèi)容
1、Follow up of quality problems reported from
Argentina with suppliers and sub suppliers.
2、Permanent involvement in the root cause
analysis of the problems.
3、Validation of the corrective actions
proposed by the suppliers and sub-suppliers.
4、Definition and adjustment of the quality
standard for parts inspection according to the evolution of the problems and
feedback from Argentina.
5、Logistic follow up of specific points
according to priorities to be defined.
6、Inspect trucks and parts orders according
to the criteria defined.
7、Demand to the supplier the correction of
the non-conformity detected during the inspection process.
8、Approve or reject parts and orders
according to the result of the inspection.
9、Approve or reject suppliers after visit the
factory and check the product.
10、Help supplier to study the problems, find
root reasons and develop solutions.
11、Validate the improvement that the supplier
and sub supplier implement.
12、Repot the findings to the team using the
standard report.
13、Follow up in each order inspection the
evaluation of the improvements in the parts and model.
Requirements任職要求:
1.Passionate and hard working with good communication skills.
2.Excellent spoken and written English language ability.
3.Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
4.Experience in raw materials (steel) and spare parts for cars is a must.
5. Tidy and well organized.
6. Structured and analytical thinking.
