【Job Responsibilities】
? Systematically collect and analyze market information across regions, creating structured insights documents; dive deep into key consumer behaviors, cultural characteristics, and media habits in each market to support brand strategy.
? Continuously monitor global and local marketing trends, key case studies, and innovative practices, regularly organizing internal sharing sessions or delivering trend reports.
? Lead the preliminary research and resource exploration for new markets, delivering comprehensive market research reports.
? Support marketing operations for each country by collaborating with local marketing teams and tracking the progress of market-related initiatives to drive alignment and efficiency.
崗位基本需求
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Arabic, or related fields. MBA is a plus.
? 1- 3 years of experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in overseas or Middle Eastern markets.
? Strong skills in data organization and logical analysis, with an ability to present insights in a structured manner.
? Fluent in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills.
? Willingness to travel, with the ability to adapt to multi-cultural work environments.
