3、制定詳細(xì)的項(xiàng)目工作計(jì)劃,并根據(jù)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的實(shí)際情況,及時(shí)與客戶和公司內(nèi)各有關(guān)部門溝通、協(xié)調(diào),在指導(dǎo)下更新、調(diào)整工作計(jì)劃,致力于內(nèi)外部客戶滿意;
Develop a detailed project work plan, communicate and coordinate with clients and relevant departments within the company in a timely manner based on the actual situation of project implementation. Update and adjust work plans under the guidance, committed to internal and external customer satisfaction;
4、在指導(dǎo)下與項(xiàng)目組成員一同對(duì)潛在的項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)和分級(jí),并制定調(diào)整計(jì)劃和應(yīng)急策略;
Predicting and grading potential project risks together with project team members under the guidance, and developing adjustment plans and emergency strategies;
5、負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目撥用款申請(qǐng)及時(shí)提交執(zhí)委會(huì)或董事會(huì)審批。在項(xiàng)目開發(fā)過(guò)程中根據(jù)管理層目標(biāo)進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目成本優(yōu)化及利潤(rùn)提升,在指導(dǎo)下采取必要措施確保投資最優(yōu);
Responsible for timely submission of project allocation applications to the Executive Committee or Board of Directors for approval. During the project development process, optimize project costs and increase profits based on management objectives, and take necessary measures under guidance to ensure optimal investment;
6、與國(guó)內(nèi)外項(xiàng)目相關(guān)的合作伙伴保持溝通,確保項(xiàng)目順利開展;
Maintain communication with domestic and foreign project related partners to ensure the smooth implementation of the project;
7、在指導(dǎo)下協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)各個(gè)部門并督促其按照要求執(zhí)行關(guān)控要素,確保項(xiàng)目無(wú)重大問題通過(guò)公司內(nèi)外部關(guān)控審核;
Coordinate with various departments within the company and urge them to implement the required control elements to ensure that the project passes the internal and external control audits on time;
8、在指導(dǎo)下完整、清晰地向各級(jí)管理層匯報(bào)項(xiàng)目狀況;
Report the project status to all levels of management in a complete and clear manner under the guidance;
9、項(xiàng)目投產(chǎn)后,按照要求整理和總結(jié)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)過(guò)程中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。
