Key Responsibilities: 1)Workplace & End-User Computing: Provide technical support for Windows/macOS devices, Office 365, and collaboration tools to ensure optimal workplace productivity. 2)IT Service Management: Handle incidents, service requests, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and high user satisfaction. 3)VMware Support: Troubleshoot basic VMware environments, escalating complex issues when necessary. 4)Data Center Management: Assist in monitoring and managing server, storage, and network infrastructure within the local data center. 5)Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain IT hardware, software, and licensing records to ensure compliance and proper lifecycle management. 6)Collaboration & Vendor Coordination: Work with regional and global IT teams, as well as external vendors, to support IT service continuity. 7)Process Improvement & Documentation: Develop and maintain IT support documentation and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery. Key Qualifications & Skills: 1)3+ years of experience in IT service delivery, workplace support, or end-user computing. 2)Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and workplace technologies. Basic understanding of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and VMware virtualization. 3)Experience with data center operations, including servers, storage, and network infrastructure. 4)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset. 5)Ability to manage IT incidents and requests efficiently using an ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow). 6)Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English to support a diverse user base. 7)Ability to work independently and collaborate with regional/global IT teams
