新媒體工業(yè)自動(dòng)化
工作職責(zé)：
1、負(fù)責(zé)公司網(wǎng)站、公眾號(hào)、小程序、抖音、小紅書(shū)、微博等
賬號(hào)運(yùn)營(yíng)，提升曝光率；
2、制定新媒體運(yùn)營(yíng)策略，包括內(nèi)容選題策劃、文章撰寫(xiě)、發(fā)布把控等;
3、管理客戶全流程（報(bào)價(jià)、合同簽訂、生產(chǎn)跟蹤、回款），維護(hù)大客戶關(guān)系
4、收集鑄造行業(yè)市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)及競(jìng)品信息，制定針對(duì)性策略
招聘要求：
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷，2-3年以上新媒體運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
2、扎實(shí)的文筆，擅長(zhǎng)品牌稿、自媒體軟文、能夠準(zhǔn)確提煉品牌價(jià)值或亮點(diǎn)；
3、性格開(kāi)朗，不懼溝通，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，熱愛(ài)學(xué)習(xí)與挑戰(zhàn)；
4、具有良好的溝通表達(dá)能力，和一定的項(xiàng)目管理能力。
優(yōu)先條件：
1. 英語(yǔ)四級(jí)以上，可處理海外客戶詢盤(pán)及技術(shù)文檔。
2. 熟悉鑄造工藝流程或曾有鑄造企業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者重點(diǎn)優(yōu)先
薪資范圍?：4k-10k/月 + 高額提成 + 績(jī)效獎(jiǎng)金（具體面議）
