Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the timely issuance of inspection reports and inspection data.
2. Track test abnormal and conduct anomaly analysis, continuously improve the situation, and cooperate with relevant departments in the analysis and traceability of quality issues.
3. Develop new testing methods.
4. Organize and coordinate with suppliers and customers for the benchmarking of inspection items, and continuously enhance the testing capabilities of the laboratory.
5. Evaluate the testing system, conduct MSA analysis of inspection items, and continuously optimize the testing capabilities.
6. Establish a ledger of equipment and instruments, organize the maintenance, upkeep and use of experimental equipment, and organize the procurement of new equipment and instruments as well as the installation and commissioning of equipment upon arrival.
7. Implement quality control of equipment, ensure the stability of equipment, and participate in the internal and external calibration and metrology of testing equipment.
8. Strengthen the supervision and management of testing equipment, reduce the frequency of equipment anomalies, and save costs.
9. Be responsible for the selection of external laboratories and the review of their qualifications.
10. Participate in the entrusted testing of third-party testing projects.
Job Requirements:
1. English can be used as the working language (key requirement),can regularly report the work to foreign customers.
2. A bachelor's degree or above is required, and a master's degree is preferred. Majors related to chemistry and materials are required.
3. Have 1 to 3 years or more of experience in the same industry.
4. Knowledge requirements: Have an understanding of the quality system ISO/TS 16949 and the environmental management system ISO 14001, and be familiar with the CNAS-CL01:2018 (equivalent to ISO/IEC 17025) accreditation standard.
5. Skill requirements: Be familiar with the testing of battery cells and PACK module finished products, specifically including charge-discharge testing, electrical performance testing, and safety testing.
6. Be familiar with the review of test reports, confirmation of test results, and training technicians in operation, etc.
