Our Requirements
1、At least 3 years experience in event operation coordination, material management/logistics coordination etc.
三年以上活動運營統(tǒng)籌經(jīng)驗,物料管理 /后勤統(tǒng)籌等經(jīng)驗。
2、A “natural-born” passion for solving client problems with a high sense of responsibility and collective team honor .

3、Familiar with the whole process of exhibition/event.
熟悉展會 /活動全流程。
4、Excellent interpersonal communication traits, including empathy, communication, flexibility, positive integration, etc.

5、Excellent customer service management experience, sufficient project operation management experience, international work background is preferred.

6、Rich resources in the industry are preferred.

7、Capable of working in a English/Chinese bilingual environment, and have strong cross-cultural communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

This is a key position in the operation and management of international exhibition projects focusing on project management. Main responsibilities include:
這是一個以項目管理為聚焦點的國際會展項目運營管理關(guān)鍵職位。
主要職能包括:
1、Designated project exhibition activities, and cooperated with the customer Marketing Department to complete related work.
指定項目展會活動,并配合客戶市場部完成相關(guān)工作。
2、Follow up customer demand and supplier communication, ensure that both sides understand the needs correctly, and timely and effective synchronization of information to the supplier.
跟進客戶需求與供應(yīng)商溝通,保證雙方需求理解無誤,并及時有效同步信息至供應(yīng)商。
3、Follow up the work progress of suppliers, and effectively identify risks and give early warning.
跟進供應(yīng)商工作進度,并有效識別風(fēng)險及時預(yù)警。
4、Have the ability and experience of overall management of international large and medium-sized exhibition projects, and can be proven by delivering quality results.
