Knowledge:
Knowledge of raw materials, fabric manufacturing and wet processing is essential.
Ability to simplify technical language and communicate simply and with clarity
Strong verbal and written English and local language.
Strong IT skills especially in the use of MS-Office applications
Experience:
8+ years working experience in fabric or related industry
Solid experience in fabric sourcing and merchandising
Experience in leading change, improvements and innovation within field
