Key responsibilities
1.Knowledge and experience about products and progress about each step of development
2.Create and maintain all project files (OneNote file on SharePoint), request daily following up
a)Internal action plan discussion
b)Internal communication with sales team, planning, production and other departments
c)External communication with suppliers
3.Sample organization, progress control and awareness
4.Problem Solving, Proactively identify potential logistical issues and work with the Project Manager to resolve
Qualifications:
1.3+ years of experience in project coordination, administration, or customer service, preferably in construction, interiors, or flooring
2.Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
3.Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal). Must be professional and proactive.
4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software, familiar with ERP, SAP
5.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
