Job Description for PLC Control System EngineerI. Job Responsibilities
 - Formulate design schemes for PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control systems, and complete PLC programming (including logic programming, HMI configuration, etc.) and debugging work to ensure the system meets production process requirements;
- Be responsible for the maintenance, upgrade, and optimization of electrical automation control systems for production line equipment—including troubleshooting of system faults, performance improvement of control systems, and adaptation of control logic to production process adjustments;
- Cooperate with other departments (such as production, maintenance, and R&D), respond to and solve technical problems encountered in the production process (e.g., abnormal operation of control systems, mismatches between equipment and control logic), and put forward targeted improvement suggestions to enhance production efficiency and system stability;
- Arrange work in accordance with project plans, compile relevant technical documents and reports—such as PLC control system design specifications, programming manuals, debugging records, and maintenance guides—to ensure the traceability and standardization of technical work.
II. Job Requirements
 - Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Automation, Mechatronics Engineering, or related majors;
- Work Experience & Technical Proficiency: At least 1 year of experience in PLC programming and development; proficient in programming for Siemens (e.g., S7-300/400/1200/1500 series) or Allen-Bradley PLCs, and familiar with corresponding programming software (e.g., TIA Portal, RSLogix);
- Professional Knowledge: Familiar with the principles and methods of automatic control technology (e.g., PID control, sequential control), and capable of independently completing the entire electrical control design process—including electrical schematic design, PLC system configuration, and on-site debugging;
- Comprehensive Abilities: Possess strong communication skills and teamwork spirit to collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams; have a serious and responsible attitude towards work, and a high level of work enthusiasm to proactively tackle technical challenges;
- Mobility & Language: Be able to work overseas for a long term; proficiency in German is a plus (facilitating communication with local teams and understanding of local technical standards).
