崗位職責(zé)
- 開發(fā)俄羅斯及中亞客戶(電動兩輪車制造商、工業(yè)儲能項目方);
- 主導(dǎo)商務(wù)談判、合同簽訂及訂單交付;
- 協(xié)調(diào)本地認證(如EAC)、清關(guān)及物流;
- 收集市場情報,反饋競品動態(tài)。
Responsibilities
- Develop clients (e-bike OEMs, industrial storage projects) in Russia/Central Asia;
- Lead negotiations, contracts, and order fulfillment;
- Coordinate local certifications, customs clearance, and logistics;
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
任職要求
必需條件:
- 俄語母語,中/英語基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)先;
- 3年+ B2B銷售經(jīng)驗(電池、機電、新能源行業(yè)最佳);
- 熟悉俄羅斯貿(mào)易全流程(支付、稅務(wù)、合規(guī));
- 擁有本地客戶資源者免筆試直通終面。
加分項:
- 曾與中國企業(yè)合作;
- 了解俄羅斯新能源政策(如電動車進口關(guān)稅)。
Requirements
Must Have:
- Native Russian + basic English/Chinese;
- 3+ years in B2B sales (battery, electromechanical, or renewable energy);
- Hands-on experience with Russian trade procedures (payments, compliance);
- Existing client network = Fast-track to final interview.
Preferred:
- Experience with Chinese companies;
- Knowledge of local energy policies (e.g., EV subsidies).
