?? 工作職責(zé) / Responsibilities

開發(fā)并維護(hù)俄羅斯及中亞市場(chǎng)的經(jīng)銷商與客戶網(wǎng)絡(luò)

制定銷售計(jì)劃,完成銷售目標(biāo),擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)品覆蓋率

對(duì)接本地電動(dòng)車、電池渠道商,挖掘合作機(jī)會(huì)
-
跟蹤行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài),提供市場(chǎng)反饋與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)分析

與總部銷售與技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,推動(dòng)產(chǎn)品落地
-
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with local distributors and key clients in Russia and Central Asia

Achieve sales targets and expand product penetration across the region

Build strategic partnerships in the battery and electric mobility sectors

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Work closely with HQ sales and technical teams to ensure localized support
? 任職要求 / Requirements
-
至少3年電池、電動(dòng)車或相關(guān)能源產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)

熟悉俄羅斯及中亞本地的電動(dòng)兩輪/三輪車、電池或儲(chǔ)能市場(chǎng)
-
流利的英語溝通能力,能與總部協(xié)作無障礙

能接受出差,有獨(dú)立開拓和項(xiàng)目管理能力

有當(dāng)?shù)厍蕾Y源者優(yōu)先考慮
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in battery, e-mobility, or related energy product sales

Deep understanding of Russian's EV, battery, or storage market

Fluent in English, with strong communication skills

Willing to travel and capable of independent market development

Existing distributor or customer network is a strong advantage
