崗位職責: 1.海外產(chǎn)品競爭市場分析;analyze the international product markets; 2.海外市場競爭策略制定;develop and execute the competition strategy. 3.海外目標區(qū)域的展會組織和布置;organize and layout the international exibition in the assigned region. 4.企業(yè)宣傳,客戶邀約和產(chǎn)品介紹;do promotion, customer invitation and production introduction to develop the customers. 5.公共關(guān)系和客戶關(guān)系拓展;develop the public & customer relationship. 6.客戶開發(fā)與轉(zhuǎn)化,跟進與大客戶關(guān)系管理;develop the customers and drive the key account relationship management. 7.客戶價值發(fā)掘,例如返回料,寄售等 develop customer values, such as reverts and consignment etc for key customers. 任職資格: 1.5年以上工作經(jīng)驗,其中3年以上市場或者銷售相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗;over 5 years working experience, in which at least 3 years marketing or sales experiene 2.大學本科以上學歷; 3.航空航天,燃機,能源,化工,交通等高端裝備制造業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;experience in aerospace, gas turbine, energy, oil & gas, chemical, transportation is preferred. 4.出色的溝通能力和人際關(guān)系管理能力;proficient communication and interpersonal management ability. 5.出色的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力;goood data analysis skills. 6.了解國際市場和具備的出色的市場洞察力;skilled in interational business and market insight. 7.良好的團隊協(xié)調(diào)能力和問題解決能力;good teamwork and fast problem0solving skills. 8.英語流利,跨文化溝通能力;flent Enligh and cross culture communication. 9.了解高溫合金或者其他鋼鐵,有色金屬冶煉和加工等相關(guān)行業(yè)知識;knowledge in superalloy or high end steel materials, metal melting and fabrication etc is preferred. 10.掌握國際商務(wù)和市場營銷知識;master international business and marketing.
