| Project Planning and Management: - 參與項(xiàng)目的前期規(guī)劃，與團(tuán)隊(duì)定義項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)需求和施工方案。
Participate in the initial planning and define technical requirements and construction plans with the team. - 編制詳細(xì)的項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃，涵蓋項(xiàng)目里程碑、時(shí)間表、預(yù)算和資源分配。
Develop detailed project plans covering milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - 設(shè)計(jì)和技術(shù)支持
| Design and Technical Support: - 審核和優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目的施工設(shè)計(jì)圖，確保符合高爾夫球場建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Review and optimize construction design drawings to meet golf course
standards. - 在施工過程中的技術(shù)咨詢和設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)整提供支持。
Provide technical consultation and design adjustments during
construction. - 施工管理
| Construction Management: - 監(jiān)督施工活動(dòng)，確保符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)格和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design
specifications and quality standards. - 進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場巡視和檢測，負(fù)責(zé)技術(shù)指導(dǎo)及問題解決。
Conduct regular site inspections and monitoring, providing technical
guidance and problem-solving. - 溝通和協(xié)調(diào)
| Communication and Coordination: - 與項(xiàng)目相關(guān)各方（包括客戶、設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)、施工人員及供應(yīng)商）溝通和協(xié)調(diào)。
Communicate and coordinate with all project parties, including clients,
design teams, construction staff, and suppliers. - 以中英文進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度匯報(bào)，確保透明和有效的溝通。
Report project progress in both Chinese and English to ensure clear and effective communication.
Requirements:
- 教育背景
| Education: - 土木工程、建筑工程或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的本科及以上學(xué)歷。
Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Construction
Engineering, or related field. - 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
| Work Experience: - 至少5年高爾夫球場或類似項(xiàng)目施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction of golf courses or
similar projects. - 豐富的現(xiàn)場管理和技術(shù)支持經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Extensive experience in site management and technical support. - 技能
| Skills: - 精通AutoCAD、Revit等設(shè)計(jì)軟件，及Project、Primavera等項(xiàng)目管理工具。Proficient
in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit, and project management
tools like Project and Primavera. - 優(yōu)秀的中英文溝通能力，具備卓越的書面和口頭表達(dá)能力。
Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, both written and verbal. - 深入了解高爾夫球場設(shè)計(jì)和施工的行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和法規(guī)。
In-depth understanding of industry standards and regulations for golf
course design and construction. - 能力
