solving of internal ERP and Shipping System, escalate to line manager for
serious issues.

負(fù)責(zé)國際物流交付過程跟蹤,協(xié)調(diào)物流供應(yīng)商、寄件人和收件人處理貨物清關(guān)異常、運輸異常和簽收異常的問題,完成最終運輸交付。
Tracking international logistics orders,
coordinating with courier, shipper and recipient regarding clearance,
transportation and final mile delivery exceptions.
3.
對接global辦公室物資需求,跟蹤庫存供應(yīng)確保不斷供,協(xié)調(diào)庫房及時發(fā)貨并跟蹤跨境運輸過程順利交付
In charge of global office order demands,
ensure sufficient inventory, coordinate with warehouse to place orders,
tracking transportation milestones, dealing logistics exceptions to achieve
final delivery.
4.
負(fù)責(zé)名片申請、上交禮品處理流程執(zhí)行中的問題,對員工/行政的問題進(jìn)行答疑,并記錄跟蹤匯報上級
Guide the employees and admin workplace
coordinators when they are blocked in process conducting. Record and report the
problem to team leader.
5.
協(xié)助上級處理項目交辦事項
Assist line manager in handling other project
tasks if needed
二、任職要求 Requirements
1.
工作經(jīng)驗:5年以上庫房+國際運輸運作經(jīng)驗,國際運輸運作經(jīng)驗不少于3年,任職過大型國際快遞/物流公司者優(yōu)先
Working experience: 5 years+ warehouse and
international transportation experience, no less than 3 years international
transportation experience, better to have working experience in large
international express/logistics companies
2.
語言能力:英語6級以上,英語可以作為工作語言且能適應(yīng)不同地區(qū)英語方言
Language: CET-6 or above, fluent in English
as the working language and able to adapt to the different English accent
3.
工作時間:能適應(yīng)時區(qū)差異帶來的工作時間,工作時間集中在16:00-03:00之間。
Working hours: Adapt to the time differences
between non-China mainland regions, working hours will between 4pm-3am with
flexibility.
4.
素質(zhì)要求:有責(zé)任心,良好的溝通能力以及抗壓能力
Quality requirements: Strong sense of
responsibility, good communication skills and strong ability to work under
pressure
