Key Duties:
1.To assist in carrying out sales & marketing tasks to satisfy client’s request and achieve management & Principal’s objective.
2.To assist in implementing principal policies regarding of rate structure, service details and capacity management.
3.Assist immediate supervisor and manager to carry out all kinds of day-to-day follow up and operations to achieve prospect and utilize given allocation
4.Monitor daily bookings, maintain close liaison with clients & concerned parties of all schedule / allocations assignment and changes / equipment situation and possible shortfalls and report to immediate supervisor and manager
5.Prepare realistic cargo prospect at space, and provide equipment forecast to immediate supervisor and manager
6.Liaise with MSC Singapore Regional office for any allocation/operational issues
7.Assist supervisors to maintain close liaison with sub-agents/CNF clients/booking agents to ensure MSC’s objectives/targets are fully adhered and achieved
8.Assist immediate supervisor and manager to give guidance to the CS team for day-to-day operations
9.Assist immediate supervisor and manager to follow up with counter agents / MSC offices on any rules and regulation regarding the trade and ensure information is relayed to the CS team to comply
10.Handle/consolidate daily rate request from Sales team/Sub-agents/booking agents and apply with principals
11.Pass the quoted freight rate (in written) to freight tariff management personnel on the same day for Freight Rate Folder input
12.SCT code application with Singapore regional office
13.POL/POD Demurrage free times application via TMS system
14.Coordinate with other departments closely to ensure MSC’s objectives are fully adhered and achieved
15.Prepare sales forecasts/prospects by equipment type and port of origin
16.Verify invoices issued by sub-agent regarding PRC inland pre-carriage for export cargoes for Management approval
17.Perform document control for quality check
18.Carry out all relevant duties as outlined in the Company procedures and policies
19.Perform any other job duties assigned by immediate supervisor and management
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, one to two years of relevant work experience
2.CET-4 and above, fluent in spoken and writing with English
3.Proficient in office software
4.Responsible, careful and conscientious, strong learning ability, and team spirit

6.與 MSC 新加坡區(qū)域辦事處聯(lián)絡(luò),以解決任何分配/運(yùn)營問題
7.協(xié)助主管與子代理/CNF 客戶/預(yù)訂代理保持密切聯(lián)系,以確保 MSC 的目標(biāo)/指標(biāo)得到充分遵守和實(shí)現(xiàn)
8.協(xié)助直屬主管和經(jīng)理為CS團(tuán)隊(duì)的日常運(yùn)營提供指導(dǎo) 
9.協(xié)助直屬主管和經(jīng)理跟進(jìn)柜臺(tái)代理/ MSC辦公室有關(guān)交易的任何規(guī)則和規(guī)定,并確保將信息傳達(dá)給CS團(tuán)隊(duì)予以遵守 
10.處理/整合銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)/子代理/預(yù)訂代理的每日費(fèi)率請(qǐng)求,并與委托人申請(qǐng) 
11.將報(bào)價(jià)(書面)傳遞給運(yùn)價(jià)管理人員,以便當(dāng)天輸入運(yùn)價(jià)文件夾 
12.新加坡區(qū)域辦事處的SCT代碼申請(qǐng)
13.通過 TMS 系統(tǒng)申請(qǐng) POL/POD 無滯期費(fèi) 
14.與其他部門密切協(xié)調(diào),確保 MSC 的目標(biāo)得到充分遵守和實(shí)現(xiàn) 
15.按裝備類型和始發(fā)港準(zhǔn)備銷售預(yù)測/潛在客戶
16.核實(shí)分代理開具的出口貨物中國內(nèi)陸預(yù)運(yùn)輸發(fā)票,以供管理層批準(zhǔn) 
17.執(zhí)行文件控制以進(jìn)行質(zhì)量檢查 
18.履行公司程序和政策中概述的所有相關(guān)職責(zé) 
19.執(zhí)行直接主管和管理層分配的任何其他工作職責(zé)
任職要求:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,一至兩年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
2.英語四級(jí)及以上,英語口語和寫作流利 
3.熟練使用辦公軟件 
4.有責(zé)任心,細(xì)心認(rèn)真,學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng),有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
