4. Review on import master data to optimize import plan 周期性檢查進(jìn)口數(shù)據(jù)，優(yōu)化進(jìn)口計(jì)劃
5. Coordinate with all involved functions for implementation of new products, changed products or new artwork 和相關(guān)部門配合，完成新產(chǎn)品引進(jìn)，產(chǎn)品變更和包裝設(shè)計(jì)變更
Principal Tasks 主要職責(zé)
1. Build and revise purchase order with the tool of SAP 運(yùn)用 SAP 工具建立、調(diào)整訂單
2. Purchase order follow up with Company Pharma AG 公司訂單跟蹤
3. Complete and upload reports to sharepoint in time (Sample inventory monthly report, Goods expiry monthly report, IR monthly report, FC& VAR& HFA monthly report, CSL monthly report ,IPT monthly report, WO monthly report, etc.) 及時完成并上載相關(guān)報(bào)告（樣品庫存月報(bào)，近效期月報(bào)，IR 月報(bào)，F(xiàn)C& VAR& HFA 月報(bào)，CSL 月報(bào)，IPT 月報(bào)，WO 月報(bào)等）

5. Check the figures of Futurcast input by market, manage products’ read and write permission as Futurcast administrator 核查市場部門導(dǎo)入的預(yù)測數(shù)據(jù)，管理產(chǎn)品在系統(tǒng)中的讀寫權(quán)限
