Job Purpose: - Enhance the targeted 4S dealer group & OEM business development in PCMO/HDEO/E-drive line fluid/Coolant/Chemical Job Accountabilities: -Responsible for new targeted customers ( 4S dealer group & OEM) development 2025 development goal : 4Sdealer group : 5 ; OEM : 1 -Achieve 500K liters lube sales in new customers in 2025 and 1500K liters sales every year from 2026 and beyond -GP contribution : CNY 0.75 million in 2025 ; CNY 2.25 million every year from 2026 and beyond Job Qualifications: Education: -Bachelor/Master Applied Economics, Business administration, Sales & Marketing, Chemical engineering or equal by experience Experience: -Min. 8 years in automotive industry, technical and operation knowledge and valuable connection within the automotive industry , more specifically of lubricant can be an asset -Proven track record of successful new key account customers/OE development Required skills: -Business acumen -Emotional intelligence /influence skill -Analytical reasoning & problem solving -Cross-functional collaboration -Excellent communication skills , fluent in English Competencies Desired: -Excellent value selling and negotiation competency -Strong competency in discovering new business opportunities and realizing them
