Lead and develop reliable NDC and RDC operations
to ensure uninterrupted supply to patient .Manage transportation expense by
reasonable costs. Ensure GSP/GMP regulation execution strictly and global PQS&SHE
implementation. Keep high level of customer satisfaction and provide service
with high quality to other departments.

• Be responsible for logistics outbound team
  strategy and goal setting, implementation and realization.

負(fù)責(zé)物流運(yùn)輸部門策略和目標(biāo)的設(shè)定，實(shí)施及結(jié)果追蹤。

• Lead the team to operate the distribution
  routine works via close cooperation with MCE

帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理日常配送工作，并保持和MCE團(tuán)隊(duì)的良好溝通、配合。

• Ensure uninterrupted supply to patient by
  high OTIF level

維持高水準(zhǔn)OTIF，確保對病人的不間斷供應(yīng)。

• Be responsible for NDC/RDC inventory management
  and warehouse capacity plan, replenishment plan management, ensure the
  supply to the regions.

負(fù)責(zé)NDC/RDC庫存管理、倉庫庫容計(jì)劃、補(bǔ)貨計(jì)劃管理，確保及時(shí)供應(yīng)指定區(qū)域客戶。

• Be responsible for crisis management,
  including urgent orders, new product pilot distribution, transportation
  issues and customer complaints, etc.

• Return goods management.

• Support logistics transformation projects’
  implementation and manage the changes well

• 3PL performance and logistics cost/PO
  management

負(fù)責(zé)第3方物流供應(yīng)商績效考核管理、物流費(fèi)用和相關(guān)采購訂單管理。

• Ensure GSP/GMP regulation
  execution strictly and global PQS&SHE implementation, in align with
  internal control and finance management requirements

確保GSP和GMP、羅氏PQS和SHE合規(guī)，符合內(nèi)控和財(cái)務(wù)管理要求。

Bachelor
of Science Degree
大學(xué)本科
At least GET-4
certificate.
大學(xué)英語四級以上
Major in logistic, commercial, Pharma, chemistry and finance
物流，商務(wù)，醫(yī)藥，化工，財(cái)會等專業(yè)優(yōu)先
It is preferred if the candidate has the 3PL or RDC
management experience in pharmaceutical industry
有醫(yī)藥三方、區(qū)域分銷中心管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
