后勤管理固定資產管理接待事務英語流利接待外籍訪客裝飾裝修
雖然坐在前臺,但是雜項工作少,主要是行政工作;有辦公室裝修經驗優(yōu)先
工作時間:8:30-17:15 周末雙休
福利:每年10天年假+10天病假,提供工作午餐
1. General Office Administration, oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace:
Manage office supplies inventory, including but not limit to working lunch, stationery, green plants, courier delivery, business card printing, water, catering supplies etc.
Office healthy and safety, work with local Supervisor and Global Health & Safety team to always ensure a safe office environment for our office workers.
Maintain and update office records, files, and documentation., including but not limited to internal phone directory, office lay out map, etc.
Office space management, coordinate office cubies arrangement and renting with internal or external customers if needed.
Company vehicle management, including policy reviews, driver management and booking coordination.
Office maintenance, liaise with the vendors/contractors for building related maintenance and services.
Office security, Maintaining the security of whole office as per security policy, including office badge management and office security equipment observation.
Mange office cleaning staff and cleaning plan execution.
Responsible for office related projects related with LM and Chengdu office admin part, including but not limited to lease renewal and decoration, etc.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
2. Secretarial Support for CLG Group Leadership Team:
Coordinate and manage travel and secretarial tasks for CLG members based in Liming office and other leaders as needed.
Coordinate and schedule both internal and external meetings/events; communicate with outside customers regarding meeting arrangements.
3. Group employee activity organization and communication
Assist in organizing employee activities for COC non-MFG ERG, coordinate with the China Communication Team and sharing activity updates and news to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Support Non-Mfg Group Blueline workspace and Monthly newsletter update and publish.
4. DARM(Dept Archive and Records Management)
Responsible for office DARM work, including RRS list annual review, consolidation, DARM audit preparation and organization, ensure office DARM work compliance with company regulations.
5. Others
Any other duties as assigned.
崗位要求:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, with exposure to vehicle management, event coordination, and office decoration and maintenance preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
