Daily Operations
? Recording / upload financial transactions, posting journal entries, Responsible for the accounting closing and financial reporting/HFM submission under both PRC/IFRS GAAP
? Lead to prepare balance sheet account reconciliation, and monitoring, related follow up to improve
? Responsible for monthly/annual local tax filing (including VAT / CIT / Withholding Tax) and Statutory financial statement submitting
? Fixed assets, inventory and intercompany and related system Management: Anaplan, DSP etc.
? Review processes, identify, access, and execute the process improvement for accounting/financial reporting.
? Closely work with cross functions as operation, HR, etc. to supervise and manage accounting related process and controls, e.g., payroll payment process, revenue review process etc.
? Perform and coordinate Internal/External audit
Ad-hoc Tasks
? Assess the implications of requested change from business functions or global teams, and take follow up actions.
? Assist Accounting Manager to complete assigned projects: SOP ,Automation etc.
Requirements
? Education: Above Colleague or University degree;
? Working Experiences: at least 5 years related working experience
? Language: Good English both in Written and Oral
? Office skills: Excellent at SAP/HFM system and good Office software, such as Excel skills
? Certificate: CPA ,ACCA or equivalent would be plus
