【Job Responsibilities】
I. Sales Management
- Assist managers in breaking down annual sales targets (including sales revenue, new customer acquisition, and repeat customer rate), and develop tiered strategies based on industry trends and competitor dynamics (e.g., customized solutions for key accounts, channel expansion plans for potential markets).
- Follow up on customer needs throughout their lifecycle, collect feedback on pain points, and communicate with relevant departments to drive solutions; regularly review sales data, optimize underperforming areas, and support the team in achieving targets.
II. Market Analysis
- Collect multi-dimensional data on industry policies, user behavior, and competitor activities, and establish standardized data records.
- Use AI tools (e.g., Python, Tableau) to process data, extract key insights, and produce monthly market intelligence reports to support marketing decisions.
III. Financial Management
- Participate in annual budget planning, collaborate with departments to gather requirements, and develop budget frameworks based on historical data.
- Conduct cost accounting for departments/projects, monitor budget execution, and provide early warnings for overspending risks; assist in optimizing financial processes such as reimbursement and payment to improve fund utilization efficiency.
IV. Production Planning Management
- Coordinate production resources such as raw materials, labor, and equipment based on sales orders and inventory data to develop reasonable production plans.
- Track production progress and delivery timelines, promptly resolve execution issues such as material shortages and equipment failures, and ensure on-time order delivery.
V. Cross-Border E-Commerce
- Manage order review and information synchronization on cross-border platforms (e.g., Amazon, AliExpress), and handle exceptional orders such as ambiguous addresses or payment failures.
- Liaise with logistics providers to select suitable shipping channels, track logistics trajectories, and address delays or losses to ensure smooth fulfillment.
VI. HR & Administration
- Oversee end-to-end operations of basic HR modules, manage administrative affairs with precision, ensure policy implementation and employee activities, and optimize administrative cost control and efficiency.
【Qualifications】
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with fluent English (as a working language).
- 3+ years of work experience in foreign trade, hotel management, chain catering, logistics, cross-border e-commerce, or production management.
- Proficiency in AI tools, with the ability to deeply apply them to tasks such as data processing and solution optimization to enhance efficiency.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, adaptability to corporate culture, and basic teamwork and execution skills.

- Base salary during probation: 15-25K, with performance-based bonuses negotiable; higher salary considered for candidates with extensive experience.

【崗位職責(zé) 】
一、銷售管理
1. 協(xié)助負(fù)責(zé)人拆解年度銷售目標(biāo)(含銷售額、新客開(kāi)發(fā)量、老客復(fù)購(gòu)率),結(jié)合行業(yè)趨勢(shì)與競(jìng)品動(dòng)態(tài),制定分層策略(如核心客戶定制化方案、潛力市場(chǎng)渠道拓展計(jì)劃);
2. 跟進(jìn)客戶全周期需求,收集痛點(diǎn)反饋并同步至相關(guān)部門(mén),推動(dòng)解決;定期復(fù)盤(pán)銷售數(shù)據(jù),優(yōu)化未達(dá)預(yù)期環(huán)節(jié),助力團(tuán)隊(duì)完成業(yè)績(jī)。
二、市場(chǎng)分析
1. 采集行業(yè)政策、用戶行為、競(jìng)品動(dòng)態(tài)等多維度數(shù)據(jù),建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化數(shù)據(jù)臺(tái)賬;
2. 運(yùn)用 AI 工具(如 Python、Tableau)處理數(shù)據(jù),提取核心觀點(diǎn),輸出月度市場(chǎng)洞察報(bào)告,為營(yíng)銷決策提供支撐。
三、財(cái)務(wù)管理
1. 參與年度預(yù)算編制,對(duì)接各部門(mén)收集需求,結(jié)合歷史數(shù)據(jù)制定預(yù)算框架;
2. 開(kāi)展部門(mén) / 項(xiàng)目成本核算,跟蹤預(yù)算執(zhí)行,預(yù)警超支風(fēng)險(xiǎn);協(xié)助優(yōu)化報(bào)銷、付款等財(cái)務(wù)流程,提升資金使用效率。
四、生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理
1. 依據(jù)銷售訂單與庫(kù)存數(shù)據(jù),協(xié)調(diào)原材料、人力、設(shè)備等生產(chǎn)資源,制定合理生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃;
2. 跟蹤生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度與交付時(shí)效,及時(shí)解決物料短缺、設(shè)備故障等執(zhí)行問(wèn)題,保障訂單按時(shí)交付。
五、跨境電商
1. 負(fù)責(zé)跨境平臺(tái)(如亞馬遜、速賣通)訂單審核與信息同步,處理地址模糊、付款失敗等異常訂單;
2. 對(duì)接物流商,選擇適配物流渠道,跟蹤物流軌跡,處理延遲、丟失等問(wèn)題,確保履約順暢。
六、人事行政方向
1. 人事基礎(chǔ)模塊全流程運(yùn)營(yíng),行政事務(wù)精細(xì)化管理,制度落地與員工活動(dòng),組織行政成本控制與效率優(yōu)化;
【任職要求】
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,英語(yǔ)流利(可作為工作語(yǔ)言);
2. 3年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備對(duì)外貿(mào)易、酒店管理、連鎖餐飲、物流、跨境電商或生產(chǎn)管理相關(guān)背景;
3. 熟練掌握AI工具,能將其深度應(yīng)用于數(shù)據(jù)處理、方案優(yōu)化等工作,助力效率提升;
